Most OpenAI-compatible providers give you a base URL like https://api.example.com/v1. xcribe used to send requests to that URL as is, which failed. It now adds /chat/completions for you. Full endpoint URLs you saved before keep working.
If verifying a custom provider fails, you now see the actual reason, like a wrong URL or an unknown model, instead of a generic "Invalid API key".
The model picker marks whisper small as the default model again.
